Mr. Roy is a Techno Commercial professional with robust experience in infrastructure project development, Engineering & Project Management Consultancy for infrastructure development projects, Preparation of Detailed Project Report for Infrastructure Projects, Financial modeling & project financial analysis to access Project viability. Extensive experience in PPP initiatives including project structuring, bid process management, debt syndication. Total experience of Mr. Roy in Infrastructure sector is more than 19 years.
AKASH DUTTA (CHIEF PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR)

Mr. Dutta is a young & energetic Civil engineer has experience in different categories of infrastructure project for DPR preparation and also site supervision. He along with his teammates handling the projects related works i.e. DPR preparation, Vetting, Project Management Consultancy on behalf of Roy Enterprise.
